Warranty Request:
Here at Serenity Homes, we strive to build quality homes that meet the highest standards. Our goal is to always try and build a perfect home but unfortunately that's an impossibility. For that reason, your new home is covered under a One-Year New Home Warranty. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the written warranty coverage.
In the event of an EMERGENCY it's recommended to contact the appropriate trade contractor. Contact information is attached with the home warranty book.
Emergencies include:
- Total loss of heat during the winter
- Total loss of air-conditioning during the summer
- Plumbing leaks that require water shut off
- Gas leaks (can also contact gas company)
